Jordan launched a program on Sunday that aims to provide temporary wage subsidies for 60,000 Jordanians in the private sector. As part of the National Employment Program 2022 (Tashgeel), for which JD80 million has been allocated, the government will subsidize the salary of employees appointed to the private sector at JD150 per month.
